These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by AVATRON One LLC (“AVATRON,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or engaging with our hosting and consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
AVATRON provides the following services:
ASIC Miner Hosting in secure, global data centers.
ASIC Miner Sales and procurement support.
Consulting Services for individuals and businesses entering crypto mining.
MineOne Token services as part of our broader ecosystem.
AVATRON may update or expand its service offering at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By engaging with AVATRON, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts.
When using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and transactions.
Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
Use our services only for lawful mining and related activities.
Hosting Term: Hosting agreements are subject to a minimum contract period as defined in your hosting contract.
Power & Fees: Electricity and hosting fees are billed as agreed in your contract. Payment must be made on time to avoid suspension of services.
Uptime & Maintenance: While AVATRON strives for maximum uptime, mining operations may be affected by events beyond our control (e.g., power outages, regulatory restrictions, or force majeure events).
Ownership: Customers retain full ownership of their miners. AVATRON acts solely as the hosting and maintenance provider.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
AVATRON is not responsible for changes in mining profitability, hardware obsolescence, or market conditions.
Customers are responsible for all shipping, import duties, and taxes unless otherwise agreed.
AVATRON provides advisory services based on market expertise and industry knowledge. While we aim to deliver accurate and timely information, we do not guarantee future returns, profitability, or financial outcomes.
Participation in the MineOne Token program is subject to separate terms and conditions. Tokens are not financial instruments and should not be considered as investment advice.
Payments for hosting, hardware, and services must be made according to the agreed schedule.
Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
Cryptocurrency mining involves significant risks, including:
Market volatility
Regulatory changes
Hardware depreciation
Network difficulty adjustments
By using AVATRON’s services, you acknowledge these risks and agree that AVATRON is not liable for financial losses related to mining activities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
AVATRON shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to AVATRON in the last 12 months for the relevant services.
You may terminate your contract according to the terms outlined in your hosting or sales agreement.
AVATRON may suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in unlawful activity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (Delaware jurisdiction), without regard to conflict of law principles.
AVATRON reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
